<p>PURPOSE:To correct diagonally feeding paper by slightly slipping by a nip part a rear end of paper, passing through the nip part between a conveying roller and a press contact roller, thereafter moved forcibly by a paddle member to a feed out path side, in a paper inverting device inverting an obverse/reverse of the paper for executing copying both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:When paper is inverted, paper S of finishing an image transfer to the first surface is guided to an introducing path 51 of an inverting unit 5, and when a paper point end Sa comes into contact with a pawl part 67a of a lever 67, it is turned in the counterclockwise direction, to convey the paper S in an inverting path 52 by taking refuge from the introducing path 51 in the pawl part 67a. Next, when a paper rear end passes through the pawl part 67a, the lever 67 is reset to the original position, also to bring the second inverting roller 66 into pressure contact with the first inverting roller 65, so as to give conveying force to the paper S. In the case that the paper rear end is moved from a nip part of a roller part 60f to a virtual nip part of a collar part 60b, the paper rear end is slipped in this position, to correct diagonally feeding the paper S.</p> |
