PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove uncomfortable feeling due to air blow and generation of local warmth and to warm the user immediately. CONSTITUTION:This device has a plate-shaped heater 40 generating heat by supplying power thereto, a heat insulating material 50 fitted to one surface side of the plate-shaped heater 40 and intercepting the heat, a heat storage material 30 fitted on the other surface side of the plate-shaped heater 40, storing the heat from the plate-shaped heater 40 and also radiating the stored heat gradually, an aluminum plate 20 fitted to the heat storage material 30 and conducting the heat uniformly and a ceiling plate 10 fitted to the aluminum plate 20, having indentation in the indoor side and also radiating the heat from the aluminum plate 20 from the indentation.
