PURPOSE:To provide an end-face seal which does not depend on the deformation amount (deflection amount) of a seal lip, varies its deformation resistance little and generates friction heat little even if the deformation amount is fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:An end-face seal comprises a plurality of cylindrical sections 3 and 5, which are formed nearly in parallel with each other, and a connection section 4, in which bending points 10 and 11 are formed, and with which these cylindrical sections are connected. A recessed section 8 is formed at the tip of the lip section of the cylindrical section 5. |
