PURPOSE:To provide an optical signal delay control circuit capable of continuously controlling a delay of an optical signal with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A first prism 1 and a third prism 3 are provided on one side in the direction perpendicular to the transmission direction of the optical signal, and a second prism 2 confronted with the first prism 1 and the third prism 3 is inserted and arranged between two prisms, and by controlling a gap between both prisms, the propagation distance of the optical signal is controlled, and the delay amount of it is controlled. Further, mirrors reflecting the optical signal are provided confronted with the direction perpendicular to the passage direction of the optical signal, and by controlling a distance between the mirrors, the propagation distance of the optical signal is controlled, and the delay amount is controlled. |
