PURPOSE:To make an ultrasonic image signal exact by correcting image display caused by system noise. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic diagnostic device is provided with a transmitting / receiving means, signal processing means, display means, noise detecting means and noise processing means. Concerning a signal received by the transmitting/ receiving means in the state of transmitting no ultrasonic signal, a Doppler signal processing system 5 performs Doppler signal processing, and a noise detecting means 33 detects the system noise. The average power of the system noise is stored in a RAM 32. At the time of real measurement, a noise processing means 34 reads out the average power of noise stored in the RAM 32, and a dynamic range corresponding to a spectrum Doppler image to be displayed is selected. In a color Doppler mode, the power value of color flow data is corrected by the average power of noise and inputted to a digital scan converter (DSC) 19. |
