<p>PURPOSE:To enhance line characteristic, mechanical strength and shrink film attachability by making the line characteristic of a square-shaped container equal to that of a cylindrical container. CONSTITUTION:The body part 3 of a container 1 is made into a polygonal shape having a number of continuously formed face parts 11A, 12A, 12B, 13A, 14A, 14B and 15A. A ridge 20 formed by the meeting of the face parts 12A and 12B and a ridge 40 formed by the meeting of the face parts 14A and 14B are formed into the shape of an imaginary circle described to have the same center and diameter as the maximum circumscribed cicle of the body part 3 when the container 1 is seen in the axial direction of its body part 3 from above the neck part 4 or from below the bottom part 2.</p> |
