The instrument for testing simply the performance without separating the shock absorber from the vehicle and checking the strange noise generated from the shock absorber easily, comprises a driving motor(15) and a support casing(16) mounted at the end of the base frame(13); driving shaft(17) combined with the flywheel(21), connecting pulley(20), slide bearing(19) with the eccentric cam(18); the driving pulley(15-1) of the motor connected with the connecting pulley(20) by the timing belt(21-1); connecting rod(23) inserted to the shaft center hole(22-1) of the disk plate(22); compression spring(28) mounted between the spring seat(24) and the spring shaft(27) of the screw rod bar(26).
