PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by making the thickness in an optical axial direction of a driving force generating part thin. CONSTITUTION:This shake preventing device is provided with a main optical system, a shake preventing optical system 10 for preventing shake caused by vibration and supporting members 11 elastically supporting the shake preventing optical system 10 so as to move it in a direction nearly perpendicular to the optical axis of the main optical system, a magnet 12 fixed to a prescribed member, a coil 14 connected to the optical system 10 and the driving force generating part generating electromagnetic force for moving the optical system 10 in such a manner that a current is supplied to the coil 14, the magnet 12 of the driving force generating part has two poles in the moving direction of the optical system 10 and the coil 14 of the driving force generating part is wound up in a direction nearly parallel with the optical axis. |
