PURPOSE:To make it possible to access internal parts without laborious operations and to facilitate operation by making a film separating mechanism integrally attachable and detachable in a direction where an unprocessed film housing means is attached and detached to and from a main body. CONSTITUTION:A separating unit 9, a sub-scanning unit 24 and an optical unit 27 are made attachable and detachable in the direction where a supply magazine 5 laminating and housing the unused films and a receive magazine 7 temporarily laminating and housing the recorded films are attached and detached. The units described above are easily accessible from the same direction as the attaching and detaching direction of the generally easily accessibly designed supply magazine 5 and receive magazine 7 to facilitate the attaching and detaching operation. More particularly, the units are attachable and detachable via an opening 2 for attaching and detaching the supply magazine 5 and receive magazine 7 disposed at a panel cover 1' of a recording device body 1 and, therefore, the device constitution is not complicated and since the operation is executable via the same opening, the attachment and detachment and accessing of the film separating mechanism are easy.
