Ceramic heating body has a pref. longitudinal plate-like ceramic substrate, at least one resistance heating element arranged near to one end of the substrate, and a pair of pref. longitudinal strip-like electrical connecting conductors arranged on each heating element and extending from both contact sites of the heating element to the clamps arranged on the other ends of the substrate. The novelty is that the resistance heating element (14) and the electrical connecting lines (24) are formed as divided units and consist of different materials.
