PURPOSE:To reduce the danger of losing human life by attaching a simple fastening metal fittings to a hanging tie-ring attached to a buoyant apparatus, and making a person thrown out under the water tie his body for himself using a cord joined to the simple fastening metal fittings for unitedly connecting his body to the buoyant apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A self-locking cord (life-saving cord) joined to a simple fastening metal fittings 1 through a cord attaching part 3 is wound around a human body at its one end part, and a selftying part 9 is made in onefold or twofold. In the case of onefold, a slip out preventing tie 10 is provided at the end 2a of a life-saving cord 2. A plurality of hanging tie-rings 8 is provided on the upper side 7a of the side face of a boat 7, and the simple fastening metal fittings 1 is assembled in the hanging tie-ring bore 6a. Thus in the case of the overthrow of the boat 7, a human body M is self-tied by the life-saving cord 2, and unitedly connected to the boat 7 through the simple fastening metal fittings 1 for reducing the danger of losing the human life. |
