PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a lost foam pattern for casting, by which the manufacture of the lost foam pattern for casting having high product precision can be obtd. and the possibility brought about manual miss can be remarkably reduced and further, the drastical shortening of the manufacturing time can be realized. CONSTITUTION:A slice body S is formed by cutting off a foamed resin plate P with a cutter 8 at each time of holding plural sheets of the foaming resin plate P with a resin plate holding part 10 in order and also, an adhesive is coated on a laminated surface Sa of the slice body S with an adhesive spray 9. The resin plate holding part 10 is shifted to a slice body laminating stage 30 with holding part driving mechanism 20 and also, the slice body S is released from a resin plate cooling part 10 and the slice bodies S are laminated in order in the slice body laminating stage 30 to manufacture the lost foam pattern for casting. |
