PURPOSE:To suppress the molecular association of a phthalocyanine compd. by using a metal phthalocyanine compd. as a main component of a light absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION:A light absorbing layer based on a metal phthalocyanine compd. represented by formula (wherein M is Mn, Fe, Co, Zn or Cd, either one of A<1> and A<2>, A<3> and A<4>, A<5> and A<6> and A<7> and A<8> is an -OR group or an -SR group and the other one of them is a hydrogen atom and R has a group containing-N=) is provided on a substrate having a data pit and/or a guide groove formed to the surface thereof by a coating method directly or through other layer and a protective layer is provided on the light absorbing layer. |
