<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a platelike inorganic curable material which has a deep uneven pattern which has been difficult to obtain by a conventional cylinder paper machine and which has no cracking, no peeling, no cutout, no pattern defect, etc. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous slurry containing hydraulic setting substance and fiber is supplied to a cylinder paper machine to obtain an uncured platelike molded form. The uncured material in which aqueous paste containing the substance which contains 20-60wt.% of solid concentration or solid content is movable on a plate is supplied to the form to be superposed, and then embossed to form an uneven pattern.</p> |
