Dust extraction and/or cooling device for a gas containing particles, comprising a disk (10) rotating about its axis in a chamber through which the gas passes. A liquid is brought to the centre of the disk and projected into the gas by centrifugal force in droplets to which the dust sticks. The droplets are recovered and removed from the chamber with the dust. The device contains at least two superimposed disks (10) mounted on the same axle (2), which contains means (31) of placing the liquid, which is supplied from within the axle, on the disks.
