The present invention relates to novel substituted alkyldiamine derivatives of formula (1), wherein G1 and G2 are -CH2- or -C(O)-; Ar1 and Ar2 represent a radical chosen from the group (II), Ar3 is a radical chosen from the group (III). The compounds are useful tachykinin antagonists. Such antagonists are useful in the treatment of tachykinin-mediated diseases and conditions including asthma, cough, and bronchitis.
