PURPOSE:To provide an oxygen sensor in which a large insulating property can be obtained between lead terminals, even if it is miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:In a rectangular oxygen sensor 1 in which an oxygen detecting element 11, a support member 15, and a heating sheet 17 are laminated, input/ output lead terminals 21 to 23 for the oxygen detecting element 11 and the heating sheet 17 are drawn out from at least two laminating surfaces out of four laminating surfaces 101 to 104 of the respective members. In the case where the oxygen detecting element 11 had a sensing cell 12 and a pumping cell 13, it is preferable that the lead terminals of both the heating sheet 17 and the pumping cell 13 are drawn out from the first laminating surface, and the lead terminals of the sensing cell 12 are drawn out from the second and the third laminating surfaces perpendicular thereto. |
