PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy in the linear movement and rotary driving while increasing the drive power. CONSTITUTION:Telescopic members 5, 6 being fed with a control current are fixed with electromagnets 27, 28 to provide a power source for moving a mover 7 in the linear direction through telescopic motion of the telescopic members 5, 6 and the magnetic force of the electromagnets 27, 28. The mover 7 is rotated by a power source comprising telescopic members of similar structure fixed with electromagnets. Since the mover 7 is driven by a power source for linear motion and a rotary power source comprising telescopic members, the accuracy is enhanced and the drive force is increased. |
