PURPOSE:To make uniform an FD relay operation part and a voltage input circuit, centralize them, and simplify the configuration of each terminal station without reducing reliability as a protection relay device. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with terminal stations 4 and 5 for taking in current via CT 6 and 7 installed at transmission lines 12 and 13 connected to a bus 9, a PD station 3 for taking in voltage via a PD 8 installed at the bus 9, and a relay station 1 which takes in current information from the terminal stations 4 and 5 and voltage information from the PD station 3 via an optical LAN 2a and an optical star coupler 2 and is provided with a main relay part for executing current differential relay operation from current information and FD relay part for executing FD relay operation from voltage information. The relay station 1 outputs trip output 1a to circuit breakers 10 and 11 installed at each transmission line when the current differential relay operation result of the main relay part and the FD relay operation result of the FD relay part are both established. |
