PURPOSE: To select a proper object ownership model by postponing the automatic assignment release of all objects to which the postponement of the assignment release is designated in an operating system until any computer program being the member of a category is not executed on a processor. CONSTITUTION: When a program is ended (1201), whether or not the ended computer program is the member of a category being an old program is judged (1202). When the program is the member of the category, the postponement of the assignment release of several or all objects assigned by the ended computer program in an operating system is designated (1203). Then, an executing old program counter is decremented from 2 to 1, and the automatic assignment release of all the objects to which the postponement of the assignment release is designated in the operating system is postponed until the program is not executed on a processor, and this process is ended (1204, 1205).
