PURPOSE:To provide a washing apparatus, in which whether or not a distributing injection nozzle is washed completely can be judged and which can prevent secondary trouble such as heat generation, ignition, etc., when the washing apparatus gets trouble or is deteriorated and inform an analyzer body or a host controller of its trouble, for the medical analyzer. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic vibrator 4 applying ultrasonic vibrations to a dispensation nozzle dispensing a reagent and a specimen, a piezoelectric element 3 for driving exciting ultrasonic vibrations to the ultrasonic vibrator 4 by applying alternating voltage, a driver circuit 1 driving the piezoelectric element 3 for driving, and a vibration detector detecting ultrasonic vibrations excited by the ultrasonic vibrator 4 are provided. A comparison discriminator 6 comparing a value output from the vibration detector and a preset reference value and an output device 10 outputting the trouble of a washing apparatus to an analyzer body or a host controller with the output of the comparison discriminator 6 are provided. |
