Treadle for bicycle

The treadle is such that the crank radius is variable. The pedals can be attached to the treadle at various points lying on a line running parallel to the treadle. The crank radius can be steplessly varied by clamping the treadle on the treadle bearing axis. The cross-section of the treadle takes the shape of an isosceles triangle.
