Hydraulic system with working cylinder, two hydrostatic machines and load

The hydrostatic circuit has a motorised pump (10) which maintains constant fluid pressure. Adjustment of the piston (21) in a hydraulic cylinder (38) causes the hydrostatic machine (20) to rotate at a certain speed. This is communicated to the second hydrostatic machine (40) whose fluid output causes the piston (55) to move and raise or lower the load (53). There is a primary side fluid reservoir (19). The movement direction of the load is changed by rotating the second machine around a zero position. The speed of the load movement can be changed but that of the first machine remains constant at a selected value. The angle of swivel is programmable.
