The hydraulic outlet has a housing (4) that covers the pump, the water connection and a reader for electronic cards. A flap (5) on the top edge of the housing provides access to the electronic card reader (3). A door (8) on the face of the housing allows access to the water connector (1a) where the user can connect a hose. The door is hinged along its top edge (9), and is swung upward to gain access to the water outlet. The hinged edge of the door is shaped so that it locks in position under the edge of the opening in the housing when fully opened. When fully opened the door covers the flap covering the card access, so the user must lower the door before they can remove their card from the reader. The flap covering the card reader is closed by a spring (7) when the card is removed.
