PURPOSE:To prevent loads on a server from being abnormally increased due to a security processing and disturbing the execution of the original processing of the server. CONSTITUTION:The reception means 11 of the server 1 receives the request message 2 of a client, a calculation means 12 calculates a processing amount for investigating the contents of the request message by a specified security system and a monitoring means 13 monitors its own load conditions and acquires a load amount. A schedule means 14 judges whether or not the request message can be inputted based on the processing amount and the load amount, sends the request message to an inspection means 15 when it is inputtable and repeats the same judgement after the lapse of fixed time when it is not inputtable. The inspection means 15 investigates the request message and judges whether or not it is issued from an authorized client and a service means 16 executes the processing of the service request of the request message when propriety is judged. |
