PURPOSE:To obtain an anion exchanger for hot water treatment easy to produce and excellent in heat resistance by adding a constitutional unit represented by the specific general formula and a constitutional unit derived from an unsaturated hydrocarbon group-containing crosslinkable monomer to a crosslinkable anion exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An anion exchanger for hot water treatment in power equipment is constituted by adding a constitutional unit represented by the formula (wherein A is a direct bond or a 1-4C straight chain or branched chain alkylene group, B is a 4-8C straight chain, branched chain or cyclic alkylene group, R1-R3 may be same or different and a 1-4C alkyl group or a 1-4C alckanol group, X is a pair ion coordinated with an ammonium group and a benzene ring D may be substituted with an alkyl group or a halogen atom) and a constitutional unit derived from an unsaturated hydrocarbon group-containing crosslinkable monomer to a crosslinkable anion exchanger.
