PURPOSE:To always secure a required amount of exhaust reflux amount and reduce a temperature of exhaust reflux gass by introducing the exhaust reflux gas from the lower course of a turbine under a high load, and introducing the exhaust reflux gas from the upper course of the turbine under the low load. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust reflux device for an internal combustion engine having a turbo is provided with first and second exhaust reflux passages 38, 37, a turbine 17 inside exhaust passages 19a, 19b, and a compressor 18 inside intake passages 20a, 20b. An opening/closing part control means is provided for controlling a switch 34 so as to communicate the intake passage 20b with the second exhaust reflux passage 37 under a load not less than a specified value, and with the first exhaust circulation passage 38 under the load less than the specified value. |
