PURPOSE:To efficiently peruse a spreadsheet to be used for spreadsheet software by storing data in the sheet while omitting parts having no data and displaying only parts having data when data to be processed are scattered. CONSTITUTION:A display base point to be a base point on a picture to be displayed is specified. Whether data to be displayed exist in a row (or column) adjacent to the base point or not is successively checked, and when data satisfying the condition exist, the display of the row (or column) is decided. The number of rows (or columns) decided to be displayed reaches the limit of rows (or columns) to be displayed on the screen of a display, these rows (or columns) are practically displayed on the display. |
