PURPOSE:To avoid the overlapped input of the same data to execute efficient input at the time of data-inputting of item requiring reading KANA (Japanese syllabary). CONSTITUTION:In the information management device provided with an address function, an address control part 11 checks whether reading KANA data is inputted to a 'reading KANA' item or not at the time of inputting a 'name' item. When reading KANA data is previously inputted as the result, the address control part 11 gives the data to a KANA-KANJI (Chinese character) conversion processing part 12 as reading data for the 'name' item and automatically inputs conversion data obtained in the processing part 12 to the 'name' item. |
