<p>PURPOSE:To enable a human body detector to accurately judge whether or not a human body exists even when the temperature of a detection area changes or even when the human body stands still within the detection area. CONSTITUTION:When a difference output level to be outputted from a difference signal output means 3 exceeds a specified threshold, a human body detection signal is outputted by a first off-delay time continuously from a control means 6. When an addition output level to be outputted from an addition signal output means 5 within the off-delay time becomes higher by a specified level than a addition output level before the outputting of the human body detection signal, the outputting of the human body detection signal is continued being extended by a second off-delay time. Moreover, a photodetecting surface 21 for temperature compensation is provided to compensate the temperature for the output level of the addition signal.</p> |
