<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the video display operation, etc., of a multidisplay system by providing a direction effect control unit which performs the centralized management of displays on multiple displays and speaker output, and sending data consisting of an image system, a sound system, and a control system and freely operating the displays and sound output. CONSTITUTION:The direction effect control unit 1 inputs video system data, sound system data, and control system data from a signal source 3. The image system data are converted by the direction effect control unit 1 into an image signal, which is outputted to the multiple displays 2, and, the sound system data are converted by the direction effect control unit 1 into a sound signal, which is outputted to a speaker 5. The control system data are used for output control over images and sound from the direction effect control unit 1 such as the contents of images outputted on the multiple displays 2, a window position at the time of a window display, the specification of an embedded display where different image contents are outputted to one of the core displays 6, and the period of the output timing of the images and sound.</p> |
