The apparatus automates the overall process of cleansing and drying the agricultural products. It comprises rotary blades(3), equidistantly installed on an inner wall of a hollow cylinder(2); guide holes(4,4') formed on both side walls of the cylinder(2); an agricultural product pouring member(5) inserted into the guide hole(4); a receiving and feeding plate(6) installed in the hole(4'); a cleansing chamber(1); feeding conveyors(11,11') having a multiple of holes and connected to the receiving and feeding plate(6); and a hot vapor spraying member(2) positioned over the conveyors(11,11'); a drying chamber(10).
