<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic composition for an insulating base suitable for simultaneous baking with a dielectric material, etc., comprising KAlSiO4 and/or KAlSi2O6 as an aggregate and glass and to enable production of a ceramic multilayer wiring circuit board. CONSTITUTION:(A) An aggregate having about 0.5-3mum average particle diameter composed of KAlSiO4 and/or KAlSi2O6 is blended with (B) glass which has a composition not decomposing KAlSiO4 and/or KAlSi2O6 in baking, comprises 25-60wt.% of SiO2, 6-20wt.% of Al2O3, 20-50wt.% total amount of at least one alkaline earth metal oxide and 0-8wt.% of B2O3 and has about 1-3mum average particle diameter in the weight ratio of the component A/B of 1/9-5/5 to give the objective ceramic composition for an insulating base.</p> |
