The circuit is designed automatically to actuate the medicine extractor, in absence of the user, under a predetermined condition for steaming the raw medicinal material and extracting the targeted essence for medicine. The extractor includes a main kettle housing a separable porous container, a heater provided on a side of the kettle to heat the medicinal materials in the steaming container, a solenoid valve for discharging the steamed medicine liquid to a storage tank, which is rotated by a motor for generating the centrifugal force to separate the medicinal essence for extraction from the steamed raw medicinal materials.
