PURPOSE:To obtain a signal transmitting device with high reliability and durability without generating noise and, moreover, to obtain a rotary type ultrasonic flaw detector using the above device. CONSTITUTION:A rotary equipment 1 with a sensor 12 is fixed at the tip of a mainbody inner cylinder 13. An AD converter 14 arranged inside the inner cylinder 13 and plural light emitting elements fixed so as to surround the whole outer pheriphery of the inner cylinder 13 are also provided. The AD converter 14 the light emitting element 15 rotate accompanying the rotation of the shaft of the rotary equipment 1. A light receiving element 17 provided on the inner surface of a mainbody outer cylinder 16 receives a light signal from the light emitting elements 15 and the signal of the light receiving element 17 is inputted to an amplifier circuit 18, amplified for transmitting the signal with a signal processor 19 and, then, outputted. |
