PURPOSE:To obtain driving force in the two directions by generating two kinds of vibrations in a driving section mounted on a columnar elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric actuator consists of an elastic body 3, piezoelectric vibrators 2a, 2a', 2b, 2b' fixed onto the elastic body 3, a driving section 4 and a support section 5, and motions in the two directions can be extracted from the driving-force generating section 4. |
