The appts. is automated in controlling the rotation direction and the rpm of the mixer drum by utilizing a proportional integral regulator so that the mixture state may be easily maintained and also the feeding amount of concrete be easily controlled. The appts. comprises a rotary switch(9) setting a working condition, motors(6, 16) driving the drum and the accelerator, a potentiometer(10) generating the voltage, the first to fourth standard voltage generators(7, 8, 11, 12), a differential amplifier(1), a proportional integrator(3), an adder(4) generating the control signal of proportional integration, a constant power circuit(13), and an acceleration and deceleration circuit controlling the rpm of the motor for the accelerator.
