PURPOSE:To provide a medical treatment device constituted so that the force transmitted to an operation shaft or a treatment part is relaxed even when the treatment device is operated strongly by necessary force or more by simple constitution without complicating the structure of a grasping forceps and excessive force is not applied to the operation shaft or the treatment part. CONSTITUTION:In a medical treatment device equipped with an insertion part 2 composed of a hollow sheath 5, the grip part 3 formed at the leading end of the insertion part 2 and performing treatment operation, the operation shaft 20 arranged in the sheath 5 of the insertion part 2 so as to be freely moved before and behind along the axial direction thereof and connected to the grip part 3 formed at its leading end thereof to operate the grip part 3 by before-and- behind movement and the handle 11 provided on the base end side of the insertion part 2 and operating the before-and-behind movement of the operation shaft 20, at least a part of the operation shaft 20 is made of a shape memory alloy showing super-elasticity at room temp. Even when the treatment device is strongly operated by necessary force or more, the force transmitted to the grip part 3 is relaxed in the operation shaft 20. |
