PURPOSE:To prevent processing from being necked even at the timing of requesting writing operation in both of a frame memory and a buffer memory in a device for executing moving picture processing. CONSTITUTION:A moving picture processor 109 receives picture data and executes its reproducing processing. When writing in both the frame and buffer memories 111, 113 occurs, the occurance of writing in both the memories 111, 113 is informed from the processor 109 to a buffer controller 114 and the same reproduced picture is simultaneously written in both the memories 111, 113 by the same control signal. In the case of executing moving picture processing by a moving picture processing system, processing for writing the same data in both the frame and buffer memories 111, 113 is executed only for the writing time of either one of the memories 111, 113. |
