The edge strips of the eight rectangular sheets (10) constituting the placard, which formerly were overlapped, are now folded along the actual line of vision with formation of abutment bats (10") on the back. Fluorescent tubes (11) are arrange din two rows within the flat casing (2) in front of its rear wall (3). The transparent glass (6) is set into a rectangular frame (7) with a horizontal pivot bearing. The sheets are butted together at their corners with angle pieces (30) held together by U-shaped clamps.
