SHIELD EXCAVATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase high degree of accuracy of a tunnel wall constructed by assembling a tenon segment through a shield excavator. CONSTITUTION:A spreader 12 dispersing driving force from shield jacks 5 to the end face 11b of a lining tenon segment 11 by a pushed surface 12a welded to the end face 11b of the lining tenon segment 11 with pressure is provided to the shield jacks 5 arranged to the rear section of an excavator main body 8 in the circumferential direction at specific intervals and pushing the backward lining tenon segment 11 to drive the excavator main body 8. By providing a positioning device 14 for positioning the lining tenon segment 11 in the direction of the radius to the spreader 12, the tenon segment 11 is assembled with the positioning device 14 while keeping out-of-roundness thereof.
