The apparatus comprises a GPS antenna for receiving a signal from a satellite; a GPS receiving unit for receiving the signal of the GPS antenna; a CPU for controlling each function by being connected to the GPS receiving unit; a latching unit for providing an address latch control signal to a data bus and an address bus; a ROM for connecting the address bus to the CPU; a RAM for connecting the address bus and the data bus to the CPU, the RAM being controlled by read and write signals; a demultiplexer for demultiplexing an ALE signal and its reverse signal; a first inverter for reversing the ALE signal of the CPU; an AND gate for ANDing the read signal and the write signal; an OR gate for ORing the output signal of the AND gate and the output of the demultiplexer; a second inverter for reversing the output of the OR gate; a digital unit for inputting an enable signal from the second inverter and the output of the demultiplexer; a display unit for displaying the output signal of the demultiplexer; an encoder for outputting an encoding signal to the CPU; a third inverter for inputting the output signal of the demultiplexer to an output terminal of the RAM; and a key unit to which the output signal of the encoder is provided.
