A release sheet is prepared by applying an electron radiation-curable silicone composition to a support, curing the coating with electron beams, and immediately thereafter heating the cured coating at 50-100 DEG C for 30-600 seconds and/or humidifying it at RH 75-95% for 30-600 seconds. The release sheet is lightly releasable, has release properties stabilized shortly after curing, and exhibits a stable release force without long term aging. |
