<p>PURPOSE:To economically and advantageously improve the strength of waste soft sludge. and to reduce the concn. of the eluted heavy metal. CONSTITUTION:The coal ash generated from a fluidized-bed boiler is used as a caking material for waste soft sludge such as waste water neutralizing sludge, and 30-70%, based on the waste, of the coal ash is mixed into the sludge. Consequently, the strength of the sludge is improved just like the conventional caking material such as quick lime, and the process is economical and advantageous.</p> |
