sensing a boiling steam signal from a super conductive element, during cooking of foods and modulating the signal to an electrical signal; sensing an edge state of a voltage waveform of the boiling steam signal; sampling the voltage waveform in every second intervals, during a predetermined time of period, if the voltage waveform is a falling edge; measuring a sampling value to a triangular waveform; detecting a width of the triangular waveform; selecting a predetermined width of voltage waveform and measuring base and height of the selected waveform to thereby obtain an area of the triangular; comparing the obtained area with a predetermined area to determine whether cooking operation is completed or not.
