Current rail adaptor with phase selector

The current rail adaptor has a rotatable locking handle (20) for mechanically locking the adaptor (10) in the current rail. It also has a rotatable phase selector (22) arranged axially parallel to the locking handle (20). A locking mechanism only allows the phase selection when the adaptor is locked. The locking handle (20) and the phase selector (22) each have a rotatable cam disc (34,36) which has a groove (38,40) on its circumference. The grooves (38,40) are arranged such that they lie opposite each other when the locking handle (20) is in the locked position and the phase selector (22) is in the rest position, in which no phase is selected. A moveable handle (46), attached to the adaptor housing, is arranged between the cam discs (34,36) such that it only finds space between the edges of the cam discs (34,36) when it engages in one of the grooves (38,40).
