PURPOSE:To dehydrate moisture in nonaqueous electrolyte in a short time, and provide an industrially advantageous method by processing refluxing liquid in a contact condition with a zeolite layer while refluxing the nonaqueous electrolyte by dissolving electrolyte into organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A Soxhlet extractor 4 having a cooling tube is vertically installed on a central port of a four-port flask 1. An upper part of the cooling tube 5 is connected to a vacuum pump, and in the system, pressure is adjusted according to its necessity. A glass fiber cylindrical filter paper 3 in which a molecular sheave 3A of A type zeolite is filled is internally arranged in the Soxhlet extractor 4. Propylene carbonate (534g) and 1, 2 dimethoxyethane (380g) are put in the flask. This is agitated, and lithium perchlorate 98.1g is added little by little. After it is uniformly dissolved, a degree of vacuum in the system is adjusted, and when a bath temperature is gradually raised, a reflux starts. Refluxed liquid is brought into contact with zeolite, and this refluxing operation is performed for 15 hours, and after it is cooled, solution is obtained. |
