PURPOSE:To substantially increase maximum hot water supplying capacity without increasing capacity of a hot water supply heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A hot water supplying heater has a hot water supply tube 2 for supplying hot water from water works to a hot water supply cock through a hot water supply heat exchanger 1, and a heating tube 4 for circulating warm water into an indoor unit in a room to be heated through a heating heat exchanger 3. A bypass passage 5 is provided at part of the tube 2 at a downstream side of the exchanger 1 to allow a bypass passage 6 and a main flow to be switched by a three-way valve 6. A bypass passage 7 is provided in parallel with a load at the tube 4, and a liquid/liquid heat exchanger 8 for heating a hot water supply bypass flow by the bypass passage is provided. Thus, when a large quantity of hot water is required, capacity of the exchanger 3 can be utilized, and hence the same effect as a substantial increase in hot water supplying capacity is obtained. At the time of using heating in winter, since water in the passage 5 can be previously heated by the exchanger 8, the warm water can be immediately supplied from an initial time of using the hot water supply. |
