PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording material having high color developing sensitivity and excellent liquid stability of undercoating layer coating liquid. CONSTITUTION:A thermal recording material comprises an undercoating layer containing plastic spherical hollow fine particles and a thermal color developing layer containing leuco dye and developer for color developing the leuco dye at the time of heating and provided on the undercoating layer, wherein the undercoating layer contains inorganic bonding agent exhibiting curability with water. |
