PURPOSE:To provide a gas laser device constituted in such a way that windows provided in the fitting sections of an airtight container can be exchanged easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION:A gas laser device which generates laser light by exciting a gas laser medium is provided with an airtight container 2 in which a gas laser medium is encapsulated fitting sections provided at both ends of the container in the axial direction, holders 16 respectively holding windows 17 removably attached to the fitting sections, first electromagnets 15 provided to either one of the fitting sections 3 and holders 16, and second electromagnets or permanent magnets 16a which are provided to the other of the fitting sections 3 and holders 16 and fix the holders 16 to the fitting sections 3 through magnetic coupling with the first electromagnets 15. |
